Rattles in the back where spare is???

I have rattles in the back where the spare is. I have taken out all loose items in there and it still rattles when I go over bumps. Anyone else have this or a solution...

On mine, the actual floor panel rattles even when locked in place. You can put pieces of foam, carpet, or rubber in between the panel and the spare tire cover to stop the rattle.
