Hey arcsvibe, isn't Boston your team? What do you think of that trade?Personnally, Iit looks like the trade that sent Patrick Roy to Colorado, meaning that something must have happen between the team and the player that we might never know. On paper, San Jose, I think won the trade. Imagine Thornton for Marco Sturm, Wayne Pimeau and Brad Stuart??? WTH???Any thoughts guys?

I am not crazy about the trade but the team is doing so poorly this year he must have asked for it. Let me see what I can find out......

Ok I just read more and boy oh boy are the Bruins stupid! It is to save on the cap. You don't trade your best player to "shake" up the team. The Bruins right now just gave the Sharks the boost they needed....friggin dummies Should I start cheering the Habs

To save on the cap??? They had obviously to be under it anyway (the new rule for this year), probably another "stingy" move from the Bruins. But they only save 1.5 million for the year in you include the three new guy's salary, which is not lots compare to what they will lose in tickets sale because the fans will be angry.Imagine for a minute trading Kovalev for these three ham (jambon)??? Somebody (like the caporal Lortie) would infiltrate the Bell center and kill Gainey!!!WOW

Well so far we won 2 games without him lol I don't understand the "new" NHL anymore

Ah, the Bruins... how I wish Bourque had won the cup with them.. but I'm glad he won it at least. I wonder where my Bourque jersey is...
