I ordered them directly from GM, part numbers as listed on the pontiac vibe accessory link on the mods page here...but the front ones don't fit...it's like they were designed to fit the contour of the sheet metal, not the countour of the plastic planges, specifically at the nottom of the body. Anyone ? Thanks

More information, please. What year model car do you have? Mono or 2 tone? What Part Numbers did you get?

It's a 2006 Base model, 2 tone (Grey on the bottom). The parts I got were:12498056 Front Molded Grained Splash Guards, Gray12498057 Rear Molded Grained Splash Guards, GrayThe rear will fit fine, front will not without serious modification to either the guard or the body trim, neither of which I want to attempt. Also listed on the accessories page was:12499855 Countour Splash Guards - Front No Logo - GrayThere were no rear listed for this "countour" style. Should I have ordered these instead ? They do appear to be made differently just based on the picture. Thanks in advance.GS

The 2006 models have the extended rockers, on both monotone and 2-tone, like the 2004 + 2005 2-tones.Therefore, if you have an 04, 05, or 06 2-tone, or a 2006 monotone, you'll need the 12499855 Countour Splash Guards for the front. The 12498057 Rear Molded Grained Splash Guards are for all model year & styles.
