it's funny. people roll over their suv's, sue the maker and actually get money. while suv's are more likely to roll over. it is clearly stated on the vehicle that it could roll over. it also dertails on what manuvers to avoid. i don' think it warrants a recall. a recall should be reserved for a malfunction that would result in a crash, or something of the likelyhood. why are these folk lobbying for suv's, when 99% of convertibles on the road do not have any protection for roll over accidents. ther are plenty of rolled over sedans and convertibles to show that those folk die.it seems that this is encouraged by money. unless ford deliberately changed the designs and manufacture process and was aware of the problem it arised. ford shouldn't have to be liable. are they going to recall all vehicles with other poor collision results.. nothink about it. ferrari doesn't pay out when their drivers crash their cars at 150 mph, even though their cars are designed to go fast.it's no wonder ford is doing soo bad.
