I've never installed one myself, who wants to help?

Looks like you got everything you need...HU, speakers, harness, install kit. I bet you'll be able to do it yourself allright. I just got a pair of 6012si 's in my rear doors. The install wasn't too hard. If I were to suggest anything it would be to get a tool or pen that you can easily mark the new screw holes in the door. It's a close fit, meaning you'll have to carefully center the plastic Infinity mounting ring over the existing hole. nice. that radio should be a easy install.hey, do me a favor. tell me how you set the clock on that radio. i have the red button version and lost my instructions book.

before you do anything else. don't cut the original harness.go to a audio shop, get a radio harness. the wires will be the same (similiar) colors. they will also be labed as you sony is. you never cut the stock harness.this kit should about 25$. p.s. thanks for the clock info.

What a complete nightmare, i would estimate it took us 5-6 hours to get the stereo in and the front speakers.The instructions from Crutchfield were good for the stereo and wiring harness but terrible for the speaker install. We're so worn out we're gonna finish the rest tomorrow.I'd rather pay someone next time.

The people that install radios, cruise control, alarm systems, window tint, etc. know all the tricks and have the right parts and tools. If you go to a shop that installs their product day in and day out you can usually get good work done, unlike places like Wally World and K-Mart.

my unit doesn't a menu button. not labed anyways. plus the navigation buttons are worn to the plastic. loleither way, which of these are the buttons to set the clock, please ofcourse.

The menu button is on your remote If you've lost that then.... err...

All installed and done.It sounds awesome, but what a big pain in the (removed)...

yeah. in the move. you wouldn't believe how many car steros's remote i've lost. never have missed them till now.
