Any Supercharger updates?

My Salesman called last week to say he was getting "training" on the supercharger. I guess for a salesman training means not how to install one, but instead how to sell one with the Vibe. What I'm desperate for is a more specific date when the supercharger will actually be available. A search of the web reveals mostly "early in '03", but nothing more specific.Any fresh news out there, anyone?KSNeptune

My Pontiac service department told me last week that the supercharger is three to six months away.

I would certainly be interested to get any information on superchargers or turbochargers for the Vibe when they become available in Canada and are sanctionned/installed by GM.

On Saturday when I ordered my car my salesman told me he checked into the supercharger and then produced for me a "sales kit" he found at the dealer detailing the ground effects package and supercharger... no more information than what's on the Pontiac web site, but hey at least the deale knows now...

Thanks for that info. I already have a bright red Grand Prix with the supercharger and now have a bright red base Vibe. If only one Vibe model can be supercharged it's nice to know I got the right one. (Are the gods watching out for me, or what?) Now I just gotta supercharge that one, too. I'm sixty years old guys, and am living proof that if you want to stay young and immature you will. Never hang it up. Never!
