Adding a 2-ch Amp to M&T System; pin-out confirmation needed

OKAY. I've read several threads regarding the M&T amp, whether bypassed or used with new headunits (HUs). My situation is slightly different, as I'm keeping the stock HU and want to add a 2-channel amp for the rear speakers ONLY (leaving the M&T to amplify the front speakers).I've got a Kenwood KAC-626 (2-channel amp, 50w/ch 4 ohms) and it has both line level and speaker level inputs. I have Infinity 6012si speakers in the rear (6 ½", 50w, 4 ohm).Simply put, shouldn't I be able to disconnect the rear inputs and outputs from the M&T amp and feed them to the Kenwood? Likewise, can I tap off the 12VDC line going to the M&T and send it to the Kenwood? If not, what's an ideal source for a new 12VDC line (switched)?Lastly, I've seen conflicting information in previous posts about the correct pins for the rear inputs and outputs. Here are the ones shown in the wiring diagram:C1 (24-pin connector)A4....Left Rear Input +A5....Left Rear Input -B4....Right Rear Input -B5....Right Rear Input +B1....Right Rear Output -B2....Right Rear Output +C2 (8-pin connector)G....Left Rear Output +H....Left Rear Output -Is C2, Pin E the 12VDC input?Sorry for all the questions....may be best to quote parts of this in your responses. Thanks in advance!PS Or is all of this too much trouble and should I just wait and get a 4-channel amp and new front speakers?

that thread gives the HU pinout, zuben needs the amp pinout.Z,From what I see looking at http://forums.genvibe.com/zero...o.gif and the table lazy tiger posted at http://lazytiger.com/misc/amp_bypass.html in http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=12040 , what you have listed is what I would come up with. in that thread 12040, binkamn came up with a different pinout, not sure whyAs far as powering the new amp off the power to the old one, I am not sure. Looks like it gets power froma 25A fuse, but I don't know how much current the stock amp or the new one draw. If you do try to hook them both up to hte same source, might be a good idea to have a spare fuse handy.

joatmon...Yes, I got that list from lazytiger's table and the wiring diagram. In the diagram, there are two blue/red leads coming off the 25A fuse (under the hood). I don't know if the other wire is run though the firewall or not; I haven't looked. The Kenwood has a 25A fuse built in and I presume it is chained to the power feed.Maybe I need to find another power source...
