Do you just buy a new refil? Im not sure how those go in or out. I have never only replaced the blade itself.(And if you do need a refill does anyone know what size it is?)

This set of instructions about replacing the rear wiper insert doesn't seem like it works. Is it the same for a 2003 model?I tried twisting the assembly 90 degrees in the service position, and it seems its going to snap off from the arm?I can't see how this is possible. Wouldn't it just slide apart like the front wipers with a tab?

You can also buy a standard wiper refill at the proper thickness and cut the rubber to fit reusing the metal pieces like in the procedure above.

I had used the post from above on my 04 and got the refills fast from brandsport and the instructions posted worked great

I have replaced my rear wiper blade with a silblade refill cut to size. I'm amazed at how well this works. I also replaced the front with the silblades and love them.

This is on another string but I thought I'd add it here too... There is an alternative to going to the dealer for a replacement rear blade on the Pontiac Vibe. It may first appear that the blade and arm are one piece but if you take a look, you'll see the wiper blade can be replaced and its actually quite simple. There may be other alternatives, but the Trico Exact Fit Rear Integral Blade at wipers123 online snaps right onto the special rear arm and looks like the factory original. Much cheaper than the dealer alternative. Comes with removal and replacement instructions too. Hope this helps.
