my memory is going

i've done searches on here and i'm almost POSITIVE it was on this site where i found the link....or i'm finally going crazy in my 30's.there was a link which brought me to a website where i could look up information on anybody and people that are related to them. i think it had the title 'enformation' in it but google doesn't bring anything up that is the same site i was at via this 'link'....can somebody point me to a thread on here with the link?thanks in advance.
