Ok, is anyone besides me ready to puke if they see the Subaru Tribeca commercial one more time...? I don't know why, but I find it incredibly annoying. "All we are is dust in the wind"...

Me thinks you are getting sick because the Tribeca is so incredibly hideous. And the song sucks too.

I gotta say, I think that is one of the worst songs out of everything "classic rock." Sorry, Kansas fans. But yes, somehow it is very fitting for that god awful hideous monstrosity that is that Subaru thing. Sorry Subaru fans. I have a strong dislike for SUV's in general but I do have to say it was a waste to turn all of those better looking "lesser" suv's to a pile of dust. We all know which one they should have turned to dust. When it comes down to marketing ugly vehicles, those guys in the various marketing agencies need some help in song selection. Does anyone remember when that new Galant came out, the front end of those things is just nasty, yet there was a commercial with a song that went something like "do you know that you have the most beautiful face....?" Yeah, a face only a mother could love. I wouldn't use some sappy song to try to pimp some nasty looking car. I would turn to some sort of hardcore metal for something that ugly, make it out there doing crap people think would be cool."Dust In The Wind" is a crappy song, but Drunken's "Farts In The Wind" lyrics in his signature from a long time ago, now that was cool!!!

I kinda like the Tribeca. A little pricey, perhaps. Just a touch underpowered, perhaps. But kinda neat looking. But I'm kinda diggin' on Subie's new styling model. But the commercial has got to go. It was kinda neat the first time or two, but now it just makes me wanna curl up in a corner and die. Over and over and over and over again....what'd they do, buy up every available timeslot to air the freakin' ad? It's crazy!

i like the tribeca. since THAT song. i've turn to like it too.

They couldn't really do that though - I doubt Suzie soccer mom, who will probably be driving these things more than anyone else, would be sitting around thinking "wow, she's hot, i need to go buy one of those!" I've always liked the song myself... and when I first saw the Tribeca I thought it was fugly. Now that I'm surrounded by them all day at work however I rather like them and the interior is amazing.

like the song and Kansasthe Suby TriPuka has a hideous front end.

like somebody else said. the interior is amazing. it's about 10 yrs ahead of the vibe.
