My problem is I ordered the OEM cargo mat for my fiancee's Vibe back on the 10th and they haven't even processed the order. She got an email from them asking for her Vin#, she replied but hasn't got a response back to this day. I went back to the website and looked for a contact phone number but supposedly they can only be contacted through email. Can anyone tell me if 1stPontiactpart.com has a contact phone number or what I can do to resolve this? Thanks for your time...Landon

It seem lately the dealers all want your Vin # to order parts. maybe it a new software program there running.Even when I called GM trying to buy a tranmission with an employee discount they ask for the VIN.Of course there response was. We don't stock a 6speed transmission Part # 88972538 anywhere in the USA you need to contact a dealer and expect to pay $2,600 plus.

We ask for your VIN to get the option codes to assure that we get the Right Part the 1st time. Nobody profits from getting you the wrong part, it costs everyone freight, and makes the end user mad. I won't even ATTEMPT to look up parts on a 1999 up GM vehicle without the VIN, way too many options!

I deal with partszoneonline.com all the time...they're very friendly, and very quick! I just ordered all-season mats for my new G6 last night, they shipped out today! I figured they had to order them, I was shocked!
