Yes, it would seem the Mrs. and I take off for the weekend and it ends up looking like another Vibe meet. Only this time, they were all of the Lava variety. Mine was the only non-Lava model around. Apparently there was a rather large Mary Kay convention of some description in the area where we were at.

The Mary Kay Vibe once again.Note the way the poor Pontiac arrowhead faded out to a pinkish tint just like mine did, like Kari's did, like uh, probably everybody else's did, who actually paid enough attention to notice that it was pink, not red as it should be in the proper Pontiac style.

So are you guys saying that I SHOULD order the orange Pontiac arrows from Grafxwerks...I've been on the fence about it for months.

The Cadillacs are still pink...but even though I hate pink I think it was a cool paint job because it was pearlescent and wasn't so much "pink" as it was gold, green, etc. Kind of interesting...And rebbierae -- why orange? I've got the red overlay and it looks really good.

Kari--my car is satellite, but my favorite color is orange--would have gotten the fusion Vibe but life didn't work out that way. So after I discovered this site, it led me to Grafxwerks, and I decided to get the orange overlays, but I couldn't decide if I should just get the "Vibe" ones, or get both--I eventually decided on just the "Vibe" ones, which is what I have now. At the time I thought I wanted to keep the Pontiac arrow true to color, which is red. But now I'm thinking that the orange "vibe" looks silly next to the red arrow, and that they should match. Does that make any sense??

LOL, I've seen the arrowhead faded on cars sitting on the dealer's lots. But for it to turn pink on th Mary Kay car, I guess it is fitting. For the Mary Kay people, there are the stock arrowheads. For the rest of us, there is Grafxwerks.

I heard Mary Kay is a great job and very rewarding if one really gets into it. Sales meetings in different parts of the country and some great sales women!

LOL! Don't worry about hijacking my threads, I do enough of that on my own - when someone else does it for me, that adds some much needed variety to the site. Although I don't think you hijacked it at all. Orange sounds good. And yep, if you don't like the pink Pontiac arrowhead, I'd highly recommend ordering. And nope, the Sonata I'd like to get doesn't come in pink. Which is probably a good thing, as around here, I have to admit if the locals see a dude driving a pink car around, they would probably pull me out of it and beat my (removed). They do come in a gold color that I think can look slightly pinkish when the sun hits it a certain way, but I don't particularly care for the beige interor. lol

That's gotta be a TON!
