Yes, I know a place where you can find such tools to measure kind of parameters. It is not at Canadian Tire...You probably heard something about its existance around Blainville (Quebec). They are naming their test facilities PMG Technologies. They are managing old Transport Canada buildings and activities on a private manner.Their main activities are testing vehicule (also helicopter and jet engines), doing some conformance and research crash tests. They are using their speed tracks to do any kind of car, trucks, buses test, also.Inside the main laboratory, thet have a dynometer (which is an enormous device in fact). They used it in the past to produce the "Consumer Fuel and consumption Guide" of Transport Canada.I don't know if they rent the tool for private use. It may cost a lot of money to get access to it, let say if its possible for you.You may get info on their website : http://www.pmgtest.comYou will find phone number...Don't know your actual references. Sorry!Hope this should be of some help for you. Good luck!

Hmm I am just wondering if we could ever do a group "buy" and get a bunch of us to do it. I am sure we can get a better price, no?
