Anyone here pull a boat with their Vibe?

My other half is getting me a new boat for my b-day. Cool! Need to know if any other Vibe owners here have pulled any boats with the Vibe? It will be just a small aluminum jon boat around 14' to 16' from a 15 hp to a 40hp. The power is not in question here, but getting the boat in and out of the water is. I have the 2004 base vibe auto. Lets have some input on this.

Hmmm... as long as the weight of the boat+trailer does not exceed the towing capacity of the Vibe you should be alright. As for going down the dock with the boat behind the car... I wouldn't risk it...

I think I may be taking my wifes car on saturday to the lake and borrowing my buddies boat which is a little jon boat but the vibe should have any problems what so ever. If we go I will let you know!!

I do, it kills any giddy-up and go but it can be done, with the boat, gear and me it's exactly 1500 lbs.

I have a class 1 hitch on my vibe GT and U was pulling 2 Jet skis and the trailer. Not much of an issue doing but I didn't want to risk it anymore so I went and bought a used suburban to pull them with. But the vibe will pull the things around
