Cayenne pepper car alarm

In the news's,they show a new car alarm,the name was ...Dragon.What he have special this alarm;when a car steeler enter in the protected car.the alarm from the dash throw cayenne pepper on the face of the steeler,so his eye become on "'fire"",he can't see.The reporter tryed.it seems effective.

As a hot-pepper lover, I would suggest they offer the alarm in MORE flavors: Habanero, Jalapeno, Chipolte, Anaheim...
