if I were to buy a new clutch for my car and the new clutch is a six speed my car is a 5 speed will it screw things up??sorry ive never done any mods to a car before..

Huh? Clutches don't have speeds. Don't replace it until worn out and just follow the fitment charts. No point in an upgrade on a base unless you race or have significant power mods.
