Is anyone running 225-50-16 Goodyear Tripletreds on their Vibe? How do you like them? Are they as quite as they claim? Thanks.

We have Tripletred 235/60/16"s on our Buick Park Avenue. They're really quiet and a lot better riding than the original Goodyear Conquests and the snow traction beats my top-rated Dunlop Winter Sport M3s!

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it. I'm thinking about a set for the Vibe and was wondering about road noise or the lack of it. Thanks again.

I think I may go with these for my wifes car soon...And if something bad were to happen to my RS-A's then I'd probably go with the TT's on my Vibe too...

Same here - our stock RS-A's are just about done at 78,000 kms, and I don't trust them for another winter so I'm just about decided on a set of TripleTred's. Hmm.....

Dare I ask how much these would cost ? For the stock 16" ones. Don't forget to specify CAN or US $$. Thanks.Hopefully my new RSA's will last for quite awhile with proper pressure and not driving too hard.

Yup, I'm running them and they're awesome! They're super quiet on freshly paved roads, but you do notice a little bit of noise on older roads (like any average tire really). They are AMAZING in the rain (although, you'll notice that the rear tires "spit up" a lot of water...probably because of the deep tread they have....i would suggest mudflaps). Also, I've never made them squeal once (and believe me, I've tried!). Can't comment on a price....I had the dealer swap out the RSAs and throw the TripleTreds on there before I drove the Vibe off the lot. Apparently, the retail price of either tire brand new is very similar.

Well the only places I've seen prices so far have been at Canadian Tire, so I've still got some shopping around to do before I decide on where I'm buying. Here's the fun part - at CT, the RS-A's are considered a "High Performance All-Season" and the TT's are "Premium All-Season".Canadian Prices for 205/55-16 (ea):RS-A = $189.49TT = $158.99Cool! So not only are the TripleTread's a better tire, but they're $31.50 CHEAPER! WOO HOO!
