CAI on ebay going cheap

This is the lowest I have seen after shipping of a ingen cai for vibe (base?).

the Cosmo Racing CAI is still less expensive, and for the same thing...

I thought I read that there was quality difference in the pipe. The injen one was thicker pipe, I couldnt say personally.
