What is your favorite fragrance? (perfume/cologne)

I work part-time at a department store and just got sort of a promotion to the fragrance area--both men's and women's. I'm just curious what kind of cologne/perfume everyone loves to wear. (WEIRD topic I know, but I've been glued to CNN for the last few days keeping track of Katrina's aftermath, and I guess I need something a little bit lighthearted!)

I usually don't wear cologne for the fact that if I am going out I usually shave, hence I put on atershave and I don't want the two smells to mix into a horrible funk. But I have to admit that I like Curve by Liz Claiborne.

I can't wear any, I'm very migraine prone and strong chemical smells are an easy way to get me feeling terrible and not being able to function in no time. Some guy had left one of those metrosexual gq pretty boy magazines on the desk at work the other day with dozens of fragarances all in the thing, damn near killed me.

I usually wear GIÃ'. I don't really like perfume on a girl though. I prefer a good smelling shampoo in their hair (no hairsprays, etc). I have no idea what the shampoo is and every once in a great while a girl will walk by smelling like it. I think it would be awkward to ask that girl what shampoo she has though. On a side note, I hate VS's "Rose Oil" perfume! Ever since I was a little kid I thought it smelled like body odor and celery.

Since I've been working there I've been sniffing all of them and so far my all time favorite is Echo by Davidoff. I also love Chrome, and Polo Blue, and Romance Silver. Burberry Touch is another good one. There are just so many! My favorites for ME to wear are Polo Blue, and I have to admit the new Sarah Jessica Parker one, Lovely, is pretty good, and Clinique Happy Heart. I always loved Cool Water Woman too.

My Baby loves Drakkar, so I hope none of you other guys use it. As a side note, Consumer Reports indicated a while back that this was the one most liked by their female testers.

And is nobody going to mention that wonderful Old Spice? My Dad wore it, as did most other dads back in the old days. I still love that scent and sometimes use it. She hates it, though, which tells you I don't use it when around her. Fact is, Old Spice is my favorite.
