first gripes

Darn, I'd almost begun to think my new Vibe was perfect....But the climate control dials are blocked by the auto shifter in park, and hard to operate when blocked.And it's hard to pull or release the parking break if there is a drink in either cup holder.And there's a shallow in the passenger side rear wheel cover. The other side apparently covers the gas fill downspout. This shallow seems useless. I'd have preferred another stow-place, a subwoofer, or even a passenger side gas cap. That way it wouldn't matter what side I pulled up to the gas pump, there would always be a fill point on that side.Oh well. Perhaps I'll just build the subwoofer in there myself. But my wife has to grab her drink (she always has a drink with her!) when I need to work the parking break lever. I've been forced to wait until out of PARK to adjust my fan speed. Now if only that distraction causes an accident, I can SUE! "That's right, your honor. I was adjusting the AC fan speed when I ran over those school kids."Perhaps not. KSNeptune
