The screwy dealer used the vibe i put a deposit on and used it for a dealer trade, it wasn't sold afterall. I finally tracked it down and called the dealer. I'm supposed to get my stitches pulled out this thursday and if i do we are picking that bad boy up satarday. I'm glad i finally found it because i almost purchased an 05 Honda Civic SI with the HPF package. Its a beautiful car but i don't wanna sound like i'm running from a pissed off bee. I love both cars but the vibe has proven it can save my life when i was told it was a miracle that i walked away from that accident. As for things i'v already purchased setting at either ST Motorsports or my garage:2 magnaflow exhaust systems that are being custumfit for a dual exhaust5%tint for rear and 10% tint for front with dark green tribal flame graphics for front windowsmy must have sound systemVaraad ultra brite LED kit (green)Green LED washer nozzlesGreed neon racing peddlesGreed LED's and green felt inserts for cupholdersgreen tribal assassin side graphicsGreen LED liscenseplate frame (rear)and many more things to purchase once its in my hands.

heh, no not that i like green so much as the theme for this car is gonna be black and green. I was talking to my friend at a paint shop about having a black paint with green metalflake made.

ok. i see. did you check out some of george's custom graphics he's done on his vibe? it's all vinyl so if you don't like it after awhile, you can take it off! and i'd imagine much less expensive too!

Well, I don't know what to do now...I went to doctor today for checkup from my surgery hoping to get stitches pulled and we discussed what he did and how long i am going to have to deal with this. He had to cut scartissue out of my elbow releasing the nerve and told me I may never have full use of it as far as grip and reflex. This in turn alarmed my parents and don't want me to buy a stickshift they are asking me to buy a base with body kit/wings instead and lose all the gt pep or go back into the car hunt again. I really hope the guy who hit me is enjoying the trouble it is making to replace what he took.

That sucks, guess you'll need to get a base and put a turbo on it.You shouldn't need much grip with the stick, but reflexes may be an issue if you have to avoid something with a quick shift.

unless you can find a rare but used 03 auto XRS. otherwise, you're gonna have to get something different. but as others have said, what about a base vibe w/ s/c or turbo??

I still need to contact ATR and see if it will work on the new drive by wire setup. I would really love to stay vibe or matrix as I love the car and had so many plans for my next one. I'v just always been told not to buy a used car the way ppl drive these days they are run hard.

that's not always true. you should look at the previous owner and that will tell you something. i would never buy another used car from a dealership because then you really can't know it's history. a s/c base vibe will more than keep up with a stock VGT. plus, you'll get that low end torque and constant power rather than the crappy 130 ft/lbs torque.

also if you find an 03 xrs auto most likely it was owned by an older person who has no idea what lift is.
