anyone of u guys have the window fixed by the dealer after a rattle? I believe they changed the regulator or something? Unfortunately ever since they did it, my door rattles now. It is especially noticeable over bumps, small or big. The window seems tight but the noise is annoying???? Also it seem as if salt or something has gotten past the gas cap because around the nossel there is some dis coloration .??? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

I had a door rattle fixed a couple of years ago in the driver side front. I mostly heard it when the stero was on and playing a bass heavy song. I think it was a loose bolt or something like that. I never had a problem with the window. As fas as the gas nozel, not sure if I can help you there. My best guess there is that some gas got spilled on there and just never got cleaned off, that might be the cause of the discoloration.

the oil cap ring is corrided in addition to the dis coloration. Also the door isn't really a rattle, it's hard to explain, but there is creaking/rattling/vibrating noises comes from the door. It's more noticeable at low speeds and when i hit a bump. Anyone ?

hey guys, i also noticed today that the pontiac symbol on the hatch is faded, anyone else experienced this?

my symbol is faded on the front, so im getting graphic overlays from grafixwerks.

with the dealer warranty this?

I dont think this would be covered, as its just wear and tear? the overlays are just vinyl stickers from http://www.grafixwerks.com cost like 15 bucks to get them for all the pontiac symbols on your vibe.

does anyone else have any suggestions? will the dealer warranty that decal (i'm below 36k)??has anyone else experience this dis coloration and corroding on the lip of the gas tank???

You can always ask the dealer - the worst they can say is "no" but who knows maybe they'll work out a "premature wear" or something stupid to cover it. Or heck - maybe someone in the body shop's got an emblem sitting around.If they say no, and you don't like your pink arrow - get an overlay in your choice of colors.

I've seen the Pontiac emblems PINK on so, so, so many Vibes now it's ridiculous. Even some that have just been sitting on the lot for a month or two. Mine was horrible, I was more than willing to get an overlay from Grafxwerks. Honestly, I think I've seen more faded pink emblems than red ones, to be honest...Pontiac seriously needs to address this quality control issue - minor but annoying... Either smack the emblem supplier around a time or two, or change the color of the Pontiac arrowhead to this lovely shade of pink. I don't care which one, but make it consistent for cryin' out loud. I don't mind pink, but this shade of pink is offensive. (removed)!
