Smashed pumkins.

The locals really enjoy that. Smashed up pumpkins as far as the eye can see, from mid October to Thanksgiving. (removed)

I live on a main road so we don't really get a lot of kids during Halloween. So to get rid of the candy, we give each kid that comes by A LOT of candy!

Vegetable shortening? That's a new one on me.

lol! Works really well on a cool, damp evening. Smear that crap on there and it doesn't want to come off.
