Their voicemail box has been full for about 3 weeks, no one is answering the phone and their fax number does not pick up. There has been no response via e-mail either. These are the guys that make the Plasma Direct Ignition Coils. I had placed my order, received the wrong part, called them, they said they would send out the correct part, sent back the wrong part back to them and I have not heard from them since. It sucks to think I may be out $600.00. So, if some one would be so kind as to check them out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Did you use your credit card? If you did put a chargeback right away on that charge. Explain the situation to your credit card provider so that it can be reversed. This will force the merchant to respond and if they don't the charges will be reversed.

It was a check debit card. I talked to my bank after reading your post and they filed a dispute. If there is no contact with the company made within 10 days that will issue me a provisional credit. Thanks, ArcsVibe, for the heads up on the credit card info. I didn't even think of that.

I'll let Phil get it, he's closer since he lives a little farther north than I do. It's about 20-30min from me. Maybe 10 from him. Buddha's in the same boat as me as he lives just down the street from me!

Yes, to check to see if they are still in business. It's almost been a month and no one is answering their phone or fax or e-mails.

I was just reading this post and wondering if you have had any resolution? I couldn't help it and had to go out to the companies web site. I am sure you have, but have you called the distributor there in Minnesota and asked them if the company is still around? I am glad that you got your bank involved. It is ALWAYS a good thing not to be in this alone!!!Please let us know if you get any resolution from this.

Yeah, I tried to contact them. But they were bought out buy some other company in NJ and they aren't able to get a hold of them either. Monday I should be getting my provisional credit from the bank. I am calling the company every day. I am guessing they went Bankrupt. at least I will be getting my money back from the bank over time.

Yahoo!!! I received a credit on my bank account for the full amount of $614.81. I was getting stressed out as the 10 day waiting period passed on Monday and there was no info from my bank. But they came thru and I feel so much better now. Thank you guys for your support. Especially, ArcsVibe, for reminding me about the credit card info. You guys are great!
