Sure, try selling that new Vibe for 15k - you won't get it. And some people can't afford the tax on that car; if you had the cash you could pay the taxes that they are going to demand.

This is the 3rd vibe they will be raffling off in three years. I get a couple tickets every year. BTW, Essexville is only 5 mins. away from me.
