found this in ebay and didn't fully understand where it would go. does anyone know what a tax disc is?

apparently that is a holder for some kind of tax disc they use in england or europe. the tax disc appears to be like our license plate stickers.took a bit of googling on that one.

Interesting...wonder where you'd put something like that? Or if it's got the Pontiac logo on it, where the actual "official" part would go?Hmm....
