i order the spoiler package and they send me only the top spoiler. so naturally im royaly pissed.all orders and correspondance is by email only. and they havent answered my emails. im loading my gun!!!!!!!!!

which part number did you order?

lol. i could have told you that a long time ago! but they may send the spoilers out separately, so maybe you'll get another box soon?

I only ordered from them once, but had no issues at all.... (and the prices were great!)

well ive sent multiple emails and theres been no response.and they claim to answer them all. if i dont get a response soon im filing a complaint with the bbb.i wouldnt order from them ever again .and i suggest that people considering ordering from them be very wary.

Most corporate emails are either slow to reply or nothing at all... get a phone number and hound them until you get to the right people. You should get the status of your order.

they have no phone numbers.email only.the one number ia a answering machine telling you to send an email then it hangs up on you. ive been searching the interenet and found multiple compliants like mine. shouldve searched sooner.

yeah i got those numbers already and called them they said they are both owned by flow automotive group. but the cant help me because gmpartsdirect is a seperate entity. i finally got an reply after a WEEK of sending emails. they forgot to ship the other one and are sending it out.they only correspond by email and it takes a WEEK to answer. very poor service. on a related note. i wish companies would email people if stuff is on backorder,instead of letting you sit.im not ordering from partdirect again anymore,and im considering not ordering anything off the net anymore.funny thing is if i order of ebay i get great service and shipping(per whatever store ive ordered from) but regular bussiness suck and partdirect was the worst. now hopefully they send me the right package in good condition.

yeah so now i gotta send back both top spoilers so they can ship me a complete spoiler package.exactly what i ordered 21 days ago. thats if they get it right this time. it will probably be another week since they dont have anymore and are getting it from adi which i assume is the manufacturer or something.

Gotta be careful with GMPartsDirect -- the part number you order is the key!! Example -- There are 2 different part numbers for a set of 4 factory 2005 Pontiac GTO rims ... one costs 4x what the other costs.Let that be a lesson to all ....

Is it just me, or did gmpartsdirect.com drop their Vibe parts catalog? I never ordered anything from them, but used their catalog to look up part numbers and prices, but now I get no results when I try to browse their Vibe catalog

yeah ive had them for a while now. after i sent both top spoilers back. they send me a big box with a midgate and the spoiler i sent back back. if that was the case i could have just kept it. .but anyway its all good now. heres a pic from the ohio meet .
