what's hockey? my dad told me about a sport they used to have where they played on ice with stick, but that was a long time ago?

It looks as though we are getting new majority owners and they are going to keep the team in Pittsburgh. One of the big reasons for these buyers (they are from California) wanting the team is that if they have the team, they may be able to get a slot machine license which would actually pour some money into a new arena. So it really looks like we will have a team for some time.

I'm still waiting for them to pull the carpet out from underneath us again by not agreeing to it, i'm very displeased with all the crap that went on last season by getting our hopes up continually only to dash them again and again.

These two teams are AHL if anyone was wondering. even after the NHL stopped the season we still had hockey, The good old league that is right under the NHL is the AHL.

oh well the bruins did not get the 1st pick but when it comes down to it we still have Joe Thronton, who is the best player in the game today.BAR NONE.
