I keep seeing the term "CAI Injen". From what I gather, CAI means cold air induction. Injen, I take it, is the brand. My question is what are the advantages to having this? What type of induction does the 05 gt have? What options do I have if there is no CAI made for the 05?Appreciate any input.

The advantages are: slightly more horsepower, 7-13. sounds awesome when you hit lift. and I personally like it when it breathes loudly when I turn off the ignition. the '05 GT should have just normal clogged up factory induction.

That sucking sound is the Pittsburgh Pirates.I can't really comment on what happens when you hit lift. Stupid base model....But yeah, It pretty much, all around lets your engine breathe the air it needs.
