Just for your information there are no STOCK GT 6speed automatic transmission Vibes at all in extistance. Which I believe hurts the sales of the GT on the basis that someone might want 180HP with an automatic. They could easily make a sport shift style automatic like the Subaru has where the RPM can almost redline before shift so an automatic Vibe GT could still have lift.

I never heard of a 5 speed AWD, but the 2003 Matrix XRS was available with auto tranny. No Auto GTs, but the 2ZZ was mated with an auto tranny in the Matrix, and since this is a Matrix friendly Vibe site, anyone with a auto XRS can vote GT auto.I have a base 5 speed

automatic shifts before redline if its in drive cause who normally always shifts at redline every shift? thats hard on transmission, engine and not to mention fuel consumption.
