I've slept in the back of mine like 3 times now, there is plenty of room to "sleep" in the back of the vibe.

I bet if you use an inflatable air mattress it would conform to the sides of the car...

You could always "make" one by trimming up a cheap foam mattress.

Jeff, I went surf fishing and used one of those bed/chair you buy at Wallmart, the ones you see in dorm rooms. I camped in my car, not a bad nights sleep, considering I'm 40 and not used to crashing in the back of my car anymore like I used to do in college. I think my wife paid 20 or 30 bucks for it. Hope that helps, Jim

What I do is fold the seats down, lay down some blankets and then I put up that plastic/rubbery cargo cover for the back hatch that attaches to the chrome loops in the side as a sun visor when the sun comes up. Might wanna crack your window though otherwise it gets real humid and foggy inside especially if there are two people inside lol.

It fit ok, not the best, but still worked. I'd use it again, JimBTW it's from Target not Walmart

i would just see if you cant find a place that sells memory foam. 3 inches thick would do the job and you could custom cut it. add a fabric cover. even cut it into sections for easy storage.http://www.myrest.com/items~CN...~.htmsomething like these.
