I finally got my brake calipers and rotors painted.

What a job. It took ten times longer to mask everything than it did to paint them, but I think it was worth it. It is a shame that the pics don't do the job justice. Looks a lot better when your eyes actually see them in the sun. I'll try to take some better pics.

just the hub of the rotors. they were very rusty. I didn't notice them until I put the new rims on.

I painted my calipers and drums black which looked very good IMO but have been thinking of doing something you can see. The colour of yours looks very good I must say. Only thing is I'm not a big fan of painted drums... lol way to much of that colour. Its all on what the owner likes though. Anyway, was thinking maybe doing mine again in gunmetal or something... we'll see.

hun, you still wouldnt be able to see them if they were gunmetal. they'd just blend in with your wheels.

Bright green. C'mon. You HAVE to do bright green. Then figure out how to mount some UV LEDs in there so they'll glow radioactive at night.C'mon. I dare ya.

yea, it's just regular spray paint. I talked to a friend of mine that paints a lot and he said that unless I'm doing some serious racing, that the brakes should never get so hot that they will hurt the paint. I didn't paint my drums, i don't have drums, but my hubs where the wheels attach were really rusty looking.

Not trying to be a pisser, just sayin'. Hopefully, it doesn't fall off.
