Could you please help me too?

Hi all! I hate to be a beggar, but here is my story. I found this board after googling the GM in the driveway program. I really want a saab 9-3 arc, but it is a little out of reach, even with the great May incentives going on. They total $4k and expire, they say, May 31. I know the hot button is really s'posed to go. Anyway, we own a 1995 Olds Royale, and I thought I was eligible for the GM loyalty discount, but that is only for 1996-2001 Olds. If anyone could help me out with a GM in the Driveway certificate I would buy a car and be happy. My daughter just came home from college. She and graduating senior brother fight constantly over third car, therefore I get stranded with no car. Help, must get fourth car now! Thanks, and happy Memorial Day. Please email if you can help. If a new one is out of your reach, why not buy a new pre-owned one? Just a thought....
