What is Twin Cam? I saw those on few cars like Saturn, Toyota and Jagar. I couldn't find any good answer from here and google.com well.

Same thing as DOHC. The camshafts are in the cylinder head versus the inblockdesign like the LS1 GM V8 350.DualOverHeadCamshaft
