how do i post a pic?

I really have no clue on how to post a picture. I have tried the cut and paste, but I am at a total loss....

if its on file on your computer, use the BROWSE funtion just above post and find the pic on your computer and put it there. Only one pic at a time though... Or if your posting hosted pics, copy paste in the links or use the image option above where you can Bold and such your words.
