Update, I just finish work on my homepage and here is

My hosting is through
http://www.3-95.com and I've never had any issues.I would suggest using a CMS such as phpnuke or the like to manage everything.I would also strongly suggest going to a table based header and footer and stylesheets, and avoiding front page.

What is CMS and phpnuke? I know just basic html codes stuff and very basic from Mircosoft Front Page software. Nothing very fancy...
