I have a 100 USD left for any mods to make on my Baby. I was looking for clear lights, but apparently it's not available for Vibe... So is anybody have an idea for a mod for exterior or under the hood?

How about some Grafxwerks overlays? Ryan has some pretty cool stuff, and you can get creative with a lot of it. High quality stuff, and he's willing to work with you if you have ideas for something he doesn't make, too.

Paint. You could paint your brake calipers and the various covers in the engine compartment. Buy a neon underbody kit. Save an extra $40 and buy a set of lowering springs.

$100 for the exterior, I would have to also say GrafxWerks overlays as well as painting the brake calipers.

Overlays for sure. Or, if you're more daring, and underbody neon/LED kit.
