Canadian Tire sells the 'carflector' shown at the Auto Ventshade US website ie http://www.autoventshade.com/index.htmlCarflectorâ„¢; Stone/Bug Deflector for a 2005 Vibe Part no: 20037 The part nos (20037) for this carflector for both the '04 and '05 Vibe are identical. And this seems to make sense as I believe the hoods are identical for both MY...maybe even for the '03 as well.Anyways the price at Canadian Tire is $69.00 (of course CDN $). I thought this was good. Anyone bought this particular deflector?

Guys I took delivery of an 05 Vibe today (about 7 weeks from order to now). Lots of fun having a brand new car. I Scothgarded this afternoon. I then proceeded to secure the deflector I had bought (a special order from Crappy Tire; from Auto Ventshade) and as I tried to insert the plastic sleeve containg the plastic screw into the hole underneath the hood it fell out and went somewhere into the engine compartment. I have looked and felt everywhere with no luck. Where could I pick up such an animal? I guess I could phone AVS in the States but there must be the same screw and sleeve closer to me. Any suggestions?

You can bring at Crappy Tire,saying that some pieces missing,they will give a new one.or found that thing at Crappy Tire.

Canadian Tire is selling this for $98 Cdn. How did you get the price of $69?

BTW a dealership here in Montreal (Hamel Pontiac) still haves the "Perfect Fit" deflectors for 59$!
