my first hub cap scratch

today i went to check out some rims and had to move out of a driveway. some fool drove like a manic and almost rear ended me. i moved on the right side as if i was to park and scraped my hubcap. well i got the stcok rims and tires 16 inch and all i have to say you need more rubber to not do that again. this sucks...

I wouldn't consider it a bad thing. Use it as an excuse to get some nice aftermarket rims and some wide, rim-saver tires.

well you can always buy another hubcap.

actually will not get aftermarket rims. i had enogh with that. will get 225/55/16 tires very soon. also removed the hubcaps and man is quieter.

You mean 225/50/16 right. That's the size I have and they look and work great. It's the widest tire recommended for the stock wheel width. They are very close to the same diameter as the stock tires.
