Hi all!Just wondering if anyone here has a DVD system in their Vibes. I am thinking of putting one in and was wondering if it was an easy install? I found some systems at http://www.mp3playerstore.com and am leaning towards the portable units.Post some pics if you can (those that have one)Thanks!

i have an avic-n1. it was a lil difficult but there is way more involved in installing a full nav system. the portable units or in dash units shouldnt be any more difficult then installing a headunit

i'm still trying to get someone to help me out to install my 7" in-dash VGA TFT LCD screen for my car puter and dvd player (will mount in the glove box with the USB hub). can't tell you how difficult it would be for installing, but doesn't look too tough if you have someone who knows wiring.

That Innovatek also doesn't seem to have a DVD player in it..keep an eye out for that.In-dash DVD players should be fairly easy to install, especially in the Vibe. Overhead players are a margin harder to do..

reply if you get the Jensen in dash DVD 7000(i think) it's pretty much plug and play. all you have to do is get an aftermarket wiring harness and you're good to go. I always like to solder my connections though. Hope, what do you need to know about wiring for your in-car puter??
