I know I'm not crazy and I saw that someone posted their work orders for their cladding replacement and another for their battery (I believe it was Salsa! because I'm convinced it was a fellow Ottawa area resident). I'm going into the dealers tomorrow for one of these regular checkups and I'd like to bring as much proof that these are problems to be fixed and that people have had them fixed. If anyone can help...THXS

Thanks so much. I focused so much on looking up terms like "work order", "bill", "payment", etc. I overlooked the obvious and looking through all the posts by Salsa! well... that would have taken forever! Now here's to hoping my dealer, who has provided excellent service so far, continues to do so.
