Hey guys it has been a long time since I posted here and was wondering what is everyone up to. I really havent done much to my vibe I decided to leave it stock. I purchased an 49 plymouth special deluxe and it should be finished being repainted shortly. I got pics if anyone is interested will post them on request. I am about to purchase a 1970 Chevy Nove SS as a summer car. I hope everyone here is doing fine.

Hey! Glad you checked in! I'm sure some of us (myself included) would love to see some pics of the Plymouth and of the Nova (once you buy it). Post some pics of them in "The Others" forum if you get a chance!I sort of have the same mindset as you with the cars. I left my Vibe mechanically stock and am thinking of buying an early 70's GM land yacht as a fun summer cruiser and something to build a motor for. Good luck with your cars!

I will post them shortly. I love old cars to me they will always have the best styling these newer cars can not compare to them at all.

I think that there are a few cars out there today that are styled quite nicely and are rather attractive. However, I do agree that the cars today are just totally and radically different from the old ones and I too feel more of an attachment to old cars for whatever the reason. The beauty of old cars seems somehow much different, I guess more dramatic, than the modern cars that I consider to be beautiful.

1970 Nova, good stuff! Just make sure it's a "real" SS. I have been thinking it's time for me to get another Nova as well.
