Yes Siiir.. check this out. Here is the full article and pics. Check out how it tirns. There are two 5.7-liter HEMI engines in the vehicle: one in the front and one in the back. Both engines deliver 335 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque – a total of 670 hp and 740 lb-ft of torque. Depending on the driver’s needs, the Hurricane can be powered by 4-, 8-, 12- or 16-cylinders. All of that translates into buckets of torque for climbing obstacles other 4x4 vehicles can’t even comprehend. In addition, it has the power and traction to move from 0-60 in less than five seconds. The vehicle features a turn radius of absolutely zero, thanks to skid steer capability and toe steer: the ability to turn both front and rear tires inward.Full article.http://www.seriouswheels.com/t...t.htm

My friend was telling me about that thing. HOLY CRAP. I would love to get one of those, too bad it would probably be more than my house cost.

So, if it's governed to a top speed of say 110 MPH, or 160 ft./sec., and the wheel base is maybe 8 feet, does that mean at top speed in zero T.C. mode it can spin at 160/(Pi x 8) or 6 .4 revs per second, almost 400 RPM?

Hmmm. Probably a valid military vehicle concept lurking in there somewhere. Civilian HumVee = HummerCivilian Hurricane + rocket launchers = Military (Cat 5) Hurricane Andrew??? Look out south Florida!

With the ability to spin at high rpms, this can be the first vehicle to make the "Death Blossom" a reality. Hahaha. Whoever drives the thing is sure to get sick. P.S. "The Last Starfighter" was awsome.

Lets see: Lateral 'g' load is calculated by the formula a/g = 0.0667 x V squared/r, where V is the vehicle speed, 110 MPH, and r is the radius of the circle, which for the driver's body would be ~ 2 ft. from the center of rotation. Therefore the centrifugal force on his/her body would be over 400 gs! 'Gee', it's going to take one tough hombre to run this sucker up to top speed. Maybe we should just throw a brick on the gas and jump back!
