I try to help where I can....They slide out along the pivot point (the rod where they swivel). I'll try to get a picture if someone will tell me how to post pics on here!!

You can do a file attachment on your reply post that you can choose a picture from your hard drive. This will provide a link for the picture.Or if you have pictures posted somewhere on the internet you can copy/paste the link and the picture will show up in your post.

I got the pic!!! This shows you the visor in the extended position, doing what it does best, blocking the window.
