TSB postings?

Is there a place out there where you can look as TSB postings to see what is going on? I'd like to have that list and go in and ask if the TSBs that apply to my car have been addressed or not. Last Friday (see thread http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=15346) I was in the shop and have to go back when the parts arrive. I'd like to have a hitlist in hand when I go back.I bought my car used and don't have the whole repair history in hand (though I guess I could just ask for that, ay? ) so I'm not yet sure what has and has not been addressed.

some places will list TSB titles. I don't think there is any free place for the general public to see the full text of all of the TSBs. http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/c...h.cfm will list TSB titles, such as:"FWD SNAP CLICK CLUNK NOISE WHEN SHIFTING INTO REVERSE OR DRIVE. ""CUSTOMERS MAY COMMENT THAT THE ENGINE BREAKS UP OR LACKS PERFORMANCE ABOVE 7,000 RPMS"(I'd be pissed if my engine "breaks up", probably do more than "comment" ) A TSB is a service bulletin, information being passed down to dealer service departments about various maintenance issues. They are not recalls, and whether or not a particular TSB has been applied to your car depends first on whether or not your car ever had the problem that the TSB is about.

Thanks. This is a good start. What's interesting is that there are no new TSBs, at least nothing after May 2004. Maybe there is just a lag between internal GM/Pontiac postings and publication.

This is another source but it too only lets you see the titles not the detailed bulletins. http://www.alldata.com/recalls/index.html#just pick the year, make, and specific engine but it to only goes through April 04
