Can you swap a Celica GT steering rack and pinion to a vibe?

I doubt it...the engine is the same, not the entire drivetrain.Why would you?

I think the vibe's steering ratio sucks..

You probably can if the exterior dimensions of the steering gear are the same. However, it's risky. It's a big job to do that kind of a swap. You might have to drop the engine cradle. Plus if the gear that you're swapping it with has some sort of variable speed assist that the Vibe's not equipped for, there's no point.
