Alas, my beloved East Tennessee State Buccaneers are finished for the year. We had a bad season, lots of injuries/players leaving mid-season...in the end we only had 8 players total who could actually play. Oh well. Hopefully next year will be better.Hopefully Miami will make the cut and go a couple of rounds... If not, go Kentucky and Gonzaga!

The Hawks live to fight another day. They just beat the hell out of Purdue to advance and play Michigan State. That should be a great game...I hope.

It's Selection Sunday everybody! Sitting here watching the SEC tourney finals (GO UK!), patiently awaiting the selection show to see if Miami's tourney hopes are still alive. I can't believe it's March Madness time already...doesn't feel like it should be!

So how's everybody doing? Syracuse has inflicted a gushing wound in my bracket, though it isn't bleeding too badly as of yet and I'm still tied for 1st in the group. Who is it I'm tied with?

It sure as hell ain't me!This isn't the worst bracket I have ever filled out, but it is close. I have never been very good at the tourney stuff. I have filled out a bracket for 10 years, and I never do very well. Maybe I should actually do some research? Naaahhhhh!
