Where can I find one of these and how much will it set me back?

Somehow they lost one of these when they installed my springs. Need to get a new one. Went to Autozone and they didn't have it. They said Napa might, but I was just wondering if anyone knew a place for sure that I can get one or do I have to go to the dealer? How much will this little mistake cost me? It's been a while since it was done so I don't want to waste my time going back to the place that did it.

Hate to say it but i think the dealer is about the only place that could get one of those funny looking nuts.

go to the toyota dealership for it. when i had to replace my lug nut, it was only $2 opposed to the $15 GM wanted! plus they had it in stock and GM had to order it.
