New to forum. I like the look of the 2005 Vibe front end as opposed to my 2004.How easy is it to change to the 2005, what is involved, and how can I keep the cost down?

Welcome to Genvibe!kinda refreshing to hear someone say they like the 2005 better than the 2003/4, most people seem to like the older front end better.I don't know what is involved, it seems like you'd need to at least buy the front nose piece, I haven't compared the two to see if the fenders/hood are different. I would guess that the underlying structure/mounts would be the same from 2004 to 2005, maybe the cheapest way would be to find someone with a 2005 of the same color that wants to swap and a good day to do it.

Yup. The hood are the same. They have the same part number.

Hehe I remember the hood conversation... its the same hood its just the the new grills on the front give you an optical illusion that the ends are shaped differently (03/04 hood more point and 05 hood rounder)
