Changing my plugs on 2003 Vibe and find 2 of the "coils" are stuck onto the plugs. Any ideas to remove without breaking something expensive?

you have to REMOVE the rail.. there are 2 bolts .. take those off first and then remove the coils..if you don't you can't take them off
